A Komatsu PC55MR-3 used mini crawler hydraulic excavator with a 2020 build date and only 2,100 hours of light residential and landscaping work. The 4D88E engine is original, the zero tail swing upper structure rotates inside the track width, and the rubber undercarriage is in near new condition. This is the machine contractors reach for when access is the constraint: behind a house, inside a courtyard, along a finished driveway or between fence lines.
